Alrighty then! I was just looking in my latest Seventeen (my school's library gets an extra issue and I get to keep it and treasure it forever!) and I found myself thinking: nice crap. (which I mean as a compliment) but I think I could take this crap (again, in a good way) and run with it! Into a wall at 95 miles per hour! (Oh, I'm just kidding... I can't run that fast.) But seriously, there are some really cute outfits in there! I wanted to offer some cheaper (or less costly- if you want me to use academic diction like my mythology instructor always says to) alternatives to those cute outfits and spins on some of the looks in there. I am NOT copying!!!! I am borrowing... Just because I love them and they inspired me.

Another Nerd Post!

This one is better than the last one! Exciting! It's got to be a lot better since I've included the Smallville version of Clark Kent (Tom Welling) and his superheat isn't limited to his vision. Ha! A pun. Hee hee. Anyway... he is quite hot. So! My sister's cat is trying to sit on my lap, but the thing is: he's trying to trick me by being deceptively sweet. It's true. I really love this new fashionable take on nerd style 'cause I've always had a thing for nerds. I'm kind of hot for nerds... [hysterical laughter]. All the t-shirts are from delias and alloy. Gryffindor: House style for Potter-obsessed losers(I mean winners!) like me.

So I'm not really ready to be done with the Harry Potter theme because I'm so freakishly obsessed. So! I'm going to drag this out as long as I can by having posts dedicated to each of the individual four Hogwarts houses: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin. In order of my personal favorite- Gryffindor- to the single biggest plague on the Wizarding World (aside from Voldemort of course)- Slytherin. So here is some Gryffindor-inspired awesomeness. Autumn Is My Favorite!

I love fall! The leaves fall from the trees and litter the ground with vibrant orange, vivacious yellow, and ruby red! Everyone dresses up for Halloween and the children beg for free candy from strangers... Halloween is my absolute favorite! It's also the perfect weather for sweaters and soup.
