Horchata

Today is my brother's birthday- he's 21 today!... It's also my sister's birthday! They aren't twins, they just happened to both be born on May 9, different years. I'm not sure how my sister is celebrating, but we're having a party for my brother. I made carrot cake cupcakes and horchata. I just wanted to stop by and share the horchata recipe!
